Exquisite antique Victorian Persian Turquoise and Diamond heart pendant dating to circa 1885.
Handcrafted from 15ct yellow gold and pave-set with Persian turquoise throughout and set to the centre with a beautiful old European-cut diamond of approximately 0.10 points.
A lovely size at 2.3cm x 2.0cm.
Originally this piece would have had an associated fitting to be worn as a brooch we believe ( see photos ).
