Large and stunning blue banded agate Victorian fob pendant.
Traditionally worn from an Albert chain by a fine Victorian wealthy gentleman these gorgeous antique pieces are now favoured as pendants and make a stunning addition to any #neckmess!
Almost certainly early Australian as indicated by the elongated style and the tell-tale ‘9ct’ stamp to the rose gold cap.
The agate is stunning, featuring a variety of teal blue, green blue, translucent and pale green blues!
Quite unusual to see an example like this in the blue banded agate and the size is large at 4.2cm x 1.5cm.
