Antique Victorian 9ct Yellow Gold ‘Cornucopia’ Watch Winder Circa 1880

Collections: Sold Archive

Utterly charming and quite a rare little Victorian ornate watch winder designed in the form of a Cornucopia or ‘Horn of plenty’ which would have been worn on a lady’s chatelaine.

Crafted from 9ct yellow gold and beautifully chased with a floral design against a textured background throughout.

A larger oval jump ring has been attached sometime in the past which now conveniently allows this unusual antique piece to be worn as a pendant on a chain or suspend this one from you favourite long guard chain!
