Superb Victorian 9ct rose gold faceted belcher link muff /long-chain / guard chain dating to around 1890 - 1900.

Constructed of 9ct rose gold these versatile and ever popular chains are a must in anyones jewellery wardrobe.

With its original hallmarked DOUBLE dog-clip, allowing this already coveted guard chain to become even more versatile, the styling options with this one are endless.  Wear it long, double it, triple it, or pop any of your treasured pendants and lockets on, the choice is yours.

Stamped clearly to the double clasp with ‘9c’ and stamped and hallmarked again to the chain in a raised cartouche with ‘9ct’ and a maker’s symbol also, which we believe is Australian given the style of the stamps but are still searching our reference books.
