Dating to the 1870-80s these fabulous little Etruscan revival earrings are crafted from 15ct rose gold and ‘bloomed’ to give a rich matte yellow gold finish. Designed for pierced ears with easy to wear and comfortable shepherd hooks.
Centered with a small rose cut diamond each in eight pointed star settings to a rope work border and scalloped edging with bead detailing.
Lobe hugging given the low set hooks, once in the ear they almost appear like studs and cont ‘droop’ forward!
Small and dainty as per the style of the era these sweet and all original earrings are perfect for the Victorian jewellery collector or anyone who appreciates fine antique jewellery.
