Releasing from our personal collection the ‘Emily’ ring.

Crafted approximately 200 years ago in England from 15ct yellow gold and set with a cabochon natural garnet, half pearls and turquoise.

As per the era all are set in cut-down collets, the trifurcated foliate engraved open shoulders hold the natural turquoise cabochons.

With a fully enclosed back mount to which is inscribed the single name Emily’, in English round hand script.

Bearing no additional obituary as is commonly seen we are not going to describe this ring as a mourning ring … it very well could be, however in our opinion it may be a sentimental ring or perhaps a gift to Emily herself.

How wonderful would it be to know more about Emily, who she was, what life she led…
