Lovely and always popular antique sterling silver sovereign case is hallmarked ‘E.J.H for E J Houlston Caroline Street Birmingham and date stamped for 1910.

Gorgeous foliate design to one side with again foliate and a round shield with engraved initials ‘C S’, which can be easily removed or at least buffed down by a jeweller if desired.

So very popular these days to be worn as a large and striking pendant, they look equally fabulous on your favourite Sterling fob chain, plain chain or even on a length of your favourite ribbon!
