Some pieces just tug at your heart strings and we couldn’t bear to scrap this lovely locket even though she’s seen some hard days!
Crafted in 1906 and stamped with full UK hallmarks this pretty heart shaped opening locket is modelled in 9ct rose gold with pretty engraved etching around the central clear panel, opening to reveal the opposing section still retaining her inner rim and some old taffeta. No plastic pane present however she really does not need one and could hold a photo nicely regardless.
The rear panel has seen better days - please read condition below - and this is where all her hallmarks can still be seen.
She’s a beauty and still looks lovely around the neck on your favourite chain… and we all LOVE a heart shaped locket don’t we!

CONDITION
This darling locket has some damage to the rear panel.. dents, dings, and a hairline fracture which doesn’t go all the way through. Treated very carefully she should/could last a long time yet. Front is in very good condition, clear pane has some marks, shallow abrasions mainly not too bad.
Opens and closes well, care will need to be taken when closing, do not push hard on the area which is dented, use the sides as one should! Inner rim and fabric present.
Please note boxes and chains are for display only unless otherwise stated.
