Absolutely adorable antique Edwardian era brooch depicting the sweetest wee Owl we have ever seen!
Crafted mostly from 9ct rose gold - the bar brooch and main body of the Owl - however his little wings and tail are in 9ct green gold!
Two tiny cabochon red stones, possibly garnet or more likely glass, for his eyes and textured detailing g through for this body and wings.
Included is the box, possibly original, but certainly of the era.

Very very good antique condition. Original clasp, pin and safety chain, all in excellent working order. Owl is lovely. No issues to note. Box shows marks and losses to finish to front and back. Inside velvet is very good, top satin is quite frayed.
