Dating to the first decade or so of the 20th century and crafted by one of our well known jewellery firms Willis and Sons.
Modelled from lush and rosy hued 9ct rose gold in ‘cigar’ band style this wide ring measures a lovely 8.0mm wide and tapering only very slightly at the rear at 6.8mm.
Designed as a wide low rise flat band with a square slightly raised panel to the centre which is ‘Gypsy’ set with a small round Turquoise cabochon.
Hallmarked with Willis and Sons iconic ‘Unicorn’ symbol, 9, and ‘W’ used by Willis after 1904.

Very good antique condition. Hallmarks crisp and clear, band is slimy design but not thinning. Minor marks to gold only. Lovely piece of early Australiana.
