Antique Australian 9ct Rose Gold Crucifix By Willis and Sons Circa Circa 1910
Another fine example of early Australian jewellery, this time by Willis and Sons, and crafted around 1910.
Modelled in 9ct rose gold with a fine ‘blooming’ to five a matte finish and superbly engraved to the points of the crucifix with a floral motif.
To the centre is a plain section which could have been inscribed if desired, however we think it should be left as is as it has been this way for over 100 years and its perfect as is.
Stamped to the verso with Willis and Sons iconic ‘Unicorn’ hallmark.
Original small jump ring bale which will accommodate an approximately up to 3-4mm chain.
In just lovely condition for her 110 years.

Very very good antique condition. Blooming is intact and lovely. No dents or dings. Incredibly shallow depression to end of one arm on verso, noting this for accuracy only. Original bale jump ring. Lovely crucifix.
