Antique Australian 18ct Yellow Gold And Diamond ’Toi Et Moi’ Ring Circa 1901-15

A very sweet and pretty early Australian ‘Toi et Moi’ ring dating to the late Edwardian to early Art Deco era, presenting in excellent antique condition.
Crafted from 18ct yellow gold and either 18ct white gold or Platinum, and set with two bright and white brilliant cut Diamonds each measuring approximately 2.8mm each or approximately 0.08ct each, set in horizontal style.
Each diamond is double corner bead set in a square setting, to a low rise gallery, finely engraved tapering shoulders to a comfortable half round shank.
Elegant and refined this antique diamond ring exemplifies the taste and grace of the Edwardian era.
As pretty as a picture, this sentimental ring would suit many occasions, perhaps a long awaited eternity ring or even a ‘new/old’ sustainable choice for an engagement ring!
