Luminous and exquisite antique Arts and Crafts / Art Nouveau lavaliere crafted from sterling silver and set with two beautiful Moonstone cabochons.
Dating to around the 1910 - 1920’s and is very reminiscent of the work of influential jewellery designers Sibyl Dunlop or Charles Ashbee.
The central Moonstone measures approximately 9mm in diameter and is surrounded by an intricate openwork and ornate frame to the further suspended Moonstone, a pear-cut cabochon, measuring 12mm x 8.5mm.
Both Moonstones are fully enclosed in silver settings, enclosed at the back, and both exhibit a stunning Schiller effect.
A trace chain measuring 40cm in length allows this beauty to drop nicely on the décolletage.
