Remarkable Art Nouveau necklace by Charles Horner, assayed in Chester and date letter for manufacture in 1909.
Crafted as a three piece lavaliere, from Sterling Silver, with flowing sinuous lines typical of the era with the most stunningly vibrant enamel work we have seen.
Measuring an impressive drop of 9cm which sits beautifully against the décolletage, from a Sterling Silver trace chain and its original bolt ring clasp.
In quite extraordinary condition for its 113 years, the enamel is undamaged, smooth, glossy and as vibrant as the day it was made in 1909.
An outstanding all original and collectible piece!
