Rosiest of rose golds this antique 9ct very wide buckle ring is charming.
Hallmarked crisply with makers mark NG, assayed in London and date letter for 1916.
This ring refuses to be missed when on the finger as she measures a wide 1.2cm at the widest point, the buckle, and 1.0cm thereafter for the full circumference of the ring.
Originally the floral pattern would have encompassed the full circumference of the ring but during her 105 years the pattern has faded.
The gold is not worn.. we cannot stress this strongly enough.. this is a solid ring weighing 6.91 grams…
The pattern remains to the most seen face of the ring surrounding the buckle motif, the rear of the ring is smooth, highly polished and beautiful.
With another 100 plus year of life left in her and frankly one of the most comfortable rings that i have ever worn.
