Elegant and beautifully constructed 18ct yellow gold solid white opal and seed pearl ring.

Set with a navette or marquis shaped solid white opal, probably from Lightening Ridge Australia, and surrounded by twenty natural seed / split pearls.
The white Opal has a lovely colour play we are unable to capture in photos… exhibiting lovely rolling flashes of reds against a blue/grey background.

The opal and pearls are set upon a finely pierced raised frame to slightly tapered upswept shoulders to a comfortable flat D shape band.

Hallmarked for Chester, 18ct, and makers mark ‘G.D’ recorded for George Dresden South John Street, Liverpool and Hatton Garden London.

Timeless and forever elegant the marquis or navette style ring compliments and hand and is a must have in any jewellery wardrobe.
