This striking antique ring is a true treasure from the early 20th century — a piece that beautifully blends history, symbolism, and craftsmanship.

Crafted during the early 1900s circa 1910-15, around the time of WWI, this horseshoe ring carries the quiet strength and sentiment of its era. Crafted from 9‑carat yellow gold, it features a perfectly balanced horseshoe motif set with nine vibrant Persian turquoise cabochons — each stone hand‑cut and individually set to create a smooth, luminous curve of sky‑blue colour.

The ring’s low‑rise design allows it to sit comfortably on the finger, while its bifurcated shoulders and substantial thick shank add both durability and elegance. Every detail reflects the expert hand of a jeweller working in a time when quality and meaning were inseparable.

For centuries, the horseshoe has been a universal symbol of good fortune. Traditionally hung with its open end facing upward to “catch” luck, it was also believed to ward off misfortune and protect the wearer from harm.

Combined with the Persian Turquoise — a stone long associated with healing, courage, and prosperity — this ring becomes more than jewellery; it’s a talisman of optimism and resilience.

Whether worn as a personal good‑luck charm or added to a curated antique collection, this exquisite ring captures the spirit of its time — graceful, meaningful, and unmistakably unique. A rare piece of history designed to bring a touch of fortune to every day.
