Antique 9ct Rose Gold Folding Pen/Paring Knife By William Manton - Chester 1907
Crafted from 9ct rose gold and containing two still quite sharp small knives.
Manufactured by William Manton of Vyse Street Birmingham and bearing assay marks for the Chester assay office (a collectors dream!), and full UK hallmarks and date letter for 1907.
The original and lucky owners name is inscribed to one side in beautiful script, this does not detract from the beauty of this piece.
The original loop and jump ring are in fine condition also, the jump ring is thick and sealed, allowing this piece to be worn on your favourite rose gold chain or Albert chain!

CONDITION
Very very good antique condition. 9ct gold is lovely with only superficial marks, hallmarks clear. Blades both open and close well. Original jump ring which is also hallmarked, sealed and thrown no thinning. Lovely early example.
