Highly sought after and presenting rarely to the market, these captivating Art Deco ‘Pools of Light’ earrings are not as often seen as the more readily available Pools of Light necklaces simply because, as we know, one earring would disappear over time!
Dating to the 1920’s these big, bold and mesmerising earring are know as Pools of Light due to their round spherical rock crystal Orbs which were never drilled through and held, in this case, with bands of floral silver which encompasses each Orb and create a dazzling effect!
Each rock crystal Orb measures 1.1cm and 1.4cm respectively, quite large, and is suspended from solidi and strong sterling silver shepherds hooks.
Face framing and long they measure an incredible 5.2cm drop from the ear and catch, absorb and reflect the light wonderfully.
All original, in excellent condition for their age, these highly sought after earrings are a must for the earring lover and Art Deco jewellery collector alike!

CONDITION
Very good to excellent antique condition. No chips or damages to crystal Orbs. Sterling silver shepherd hooks are strong, straight and solid. Floral patterning surrounding Orbs are a lower grade silver, this would be for durability and longevity, minor marks and patina here and there.
