Vintage Retro Era Diamond And Sapphire Floral Spray Brooch Circa 1960
Scrolling tendrils abound in curvaceous stylistic form all of which are set with an array of mixed cut diamonds including old European cuts, round brilliant cuts and a smattering of single cuts!
Crafted in a base metal ( not unusual for this era ) and heavily plated over in a mix of Palladium and Rhodium ( X-Ray Fluorescence tested as such).
Heavy and sizeable at over 11 grams and very impressive 5.4cm x 2.4cm, this stylised brooch can be worn horizontal, diagonal or vertical.. this beauty looks stunning in any orientation!
Securely fastening with a roll over C clasp and a solid pin, this stunner is very secure!
