Crafted from 18ct yellow gold centred with a large emerald cut 11 x 8mm white Topaz securely four corner claw set, to sloping shoulders which are bead set with twelve small rose-cut diamonds with beautiful millgraine edging.
The gallery is as equally stunning .. raised and openwork to allow the light to shine through accenting the icy white of this White Topaz perfectly.
