Dating to around the 1970’s to early 1990’s this incredible large semi black solid Opal and diamond ring almost defies description.

This exquisite piece showcases a semi-black elongated opal, carefully chosen for its captivating allure. Adhering to the esteemed Gemmological Association of Australia's nomenclature, this opal is classified as a Type 1 gem, boasting a remarkable N6 color type. With a substantial weight of 7.5ct, it promises to leave a lasting impression.

Exhibiting pinafore flashes of colours, pinks, reds, greens, oranges, blues and more!, on a base dark body colour, which, when rolled left to right, displays a rolling change of colour from green to a pink mauve! Truly incredible.

The Opal is elegantly held in place by a curvaceous wave-like setting. The graceful curves of the setting add a touch of sophistication and uniqueness to the overall design.
