Not only is this fine Starburst pendant Australian - hallmarked for Willis and Sons - but crafted in the ever popular and collectible 15ct gold, but also one of the largest at 4.5cm round and a staggering drop including the top ring of 5.0cm!
Another fine feature is that it is in remarkable condition … all the half seed Pearls are natural, original (no messy re-glues), and a lovely crisp white (our photos don’t do the justice!).
Hallmarked crisply with Willis and Sons trademark symbol of the ‘Unicorn’, 15ct and their ‘W’ used after 1904, this superb antique Australian piece by one of our most illustrious and early jewellery firms is also a substantial and heavy piece weighing almost 12 grams - and with gold set to soar to an all time high - what better way to secure such a magnificent, wearable investment, and a piece of Australian history!

CONDITION
Excellent antique condition. All the natural seed Pearls are original, with no replacements or re-glues. No losses to nacre, all well matched and lustrous. Pin is in gold also, original and V shaped clasp fitting are in excellent condition and secures perfectly. Top jump ring we believe is a later addition - is 9ct gold. A superb example of its kind with no issues to note.
