Antique Australian 9ct Rose Gold And Tiger Eye Fob Pendant Circa 1900-1915
Please note, boxes and chains are for display only unless otherwise stated.
A charming piece dating to the late Victorian to early Edwardian era circa 1900 and crafted in 9ct rose gold, designed as a fob watch charm/pendant, this piece would originally have adorned a gentleman’s gold watch chain but today these antique pieces make fabulous pendants whether worn on a simple chain, or on a fabulous antique watch chain once again!
Tigers eye is a chatoyant member of quartz and this piece displays a large and stunning chatoyant silky wavy shimmer across both the front and back of the stone which catches the light and entrances the beholder.
Capped in 9ct rose gold to the top with its original 9ct bale, and to the centre we find a wide 9ct gold banner which is uninscribed and suitable for your initials to be added if desired.
Measuring a full 5.6cm drop with the top ring this impressive piece looks superb on any of your favourite chains.
