Always highly sought after, our stunning antique Australian, 15ct rose gold five stone Opal ring presents in very good antique condition, exhibiting an absolutely captivating play of colour including flashes of blue, turquoise greens, yellow and hints of rosy pink.
Handcrafted to perfection, this ring presents in all original condition, there are Australian stamps present but unfortunately, they are unidentifiable however, a '15ct' stamp is clearly visible.
The opals graduate slightly in size and have been very well colour-matched, the centre opal showcases a myriad of yellows, greens and blues. Despite its age, this piece has been exceptionally well cared for, the opals free from any chips or abrasions commonly found in antique jewellery.
A very lovely ring, half hoops are always very popular and are notably harder to find in todays market, albeit an early Australian Opal example, making this ring a truly unique find!
It is certainly worthy of becoming an heirloom, and it remains just as wearable today as it was over a century ago.

CONDITION
Very good antique condition. All claws original, firm and secure. Opals are all original, no chips or cracks, lovely play of colour. No repairs. A slight mark seen under x10 loupe to outside of band where a very good previous resize has occurred, mentioning for accuracy only, strong resize and completely stable.
