Late Georgian/Early Victorian 15ct Gold Fancy Swivel Fob Watch Key Pendant Circa 1840
A testament to the skilled workmanship during the era spanning the late Georgian to early Victorian era this impeccable and pristine ornate 15ct watch key winder is one of the finest we have seen
Crafted from rich 15ct yellow gold with stunningly good repoussé work and featuring a double sided swivel set with bright speckled Bloodstone and to the other a sultry soft amber hued Chalcedony.
In such stunningly good condition with no nicks to the bevelled edge Agates to either side, the repoussé is as clean and crisp as the day she was made!
This fine piece of approximately 170 year old jewellery came to us with the fancy ’split ring’ you see attached, it is in Sterling silver, and we have no doubt it is of the same era and have decided these two pieces should remain together. Of course the new owner can remove the split ring if desired and use for another favourite antique piece.
Pop this one on your favourite muff, fob watch chain or for you antique watch collectors this one could adorn that special antique watch.
