Dating to the mid 20th century, circa 1960’s-70’s, this immaculately made 18ct yellow gold is impressively manufactured and heavy at 13.26 grams.

Manufactured in such impeccable detail and precision it features a central domed cabochon Persian Turquoise of stunning quality that is cup set, with a halo of fifteen perfectly matched white lustrous pearls in halo fashion.

The gallery is perfection.. finely pierced and scrolled in raised style, to thick wide straight shoulders of 6mm width which continue onto the band which is also very wide and thick at 6mm.

Again, this is a solid ring. Rings of this quality are weighted and constructed in such a way they, when they fit correctly, do not slip to the side. This is a sign of quality and superb manufacture.

As a side note this quality ring arrived to us in a vintage Percy Marks tooled-leather box. We believe, but cannot guarantee, that this ring was retailed by infamous Percy Marks.

CONDITION

Lovely vintage condition. Turquoise is smooth and lustrous and free from damage or abrasions. Pearls are also bright, white/creamy and lovely. All pearls under magnification will show minute blemishes to the nacre and colour variation under strong magnification and certain lighting.
