This very handsome Elgin De Luxe pocket watch dates to the 1940’s (we believe this one is 1943) and has that late Art Deco vibe with her curved numerals, large face/dial and chic elegance!
Crafted in 10k gold filled (stamped as such inside case) this super sized pocket watch measures an impressive 4.4cm round with stepped case bezel and a solid case back.
Champagne dial, gold hands and numerals, and conveniently, a second hand dial also.
Working very very well this manual pocket watch of course needs to be wound very 24 hours, but what a pleasant novelty especially for those of us who remember a time before battery watches and mobile phones!
Wear this beauty on your favourite chain as an oversized pendant or just add him to your collection, what a wonderful piece!

Very very good vintage condition. Working very well, may lose 1 minute a day only, assessed daily for 10 days. No cracks/damage to crystal acrylic case, very tiny insignificant marks here and there only. Minor marks to back of case only. Dial shows no damage or fading to numerals etc, minor dust seen under magnification only. Handsome heavy Elgin pocket watch.
