Vintage Australian 9ct Rose Gold Signet Ring By ‘RODD’
Dating to after 1948, around the late 40’s to early 50’s, this charming Australian rings was crafted by the well known and long established firm - ‘RODD’.
Crafted in 9ct rose gold however, it’s that lovely hue only antique and vintage jewellery possess, a soft meld of hues not quite rose and not quite yellow!
Star set in gypsy style fashion to the centre with a faceted Ruby, not tested, this would be a man made gem.
Low to the finger, smooth, silky and comfortable as signet rings tend to be, this little vintage Australian treasure is quite simply charming.

Very good vintage condition. Gem, probably a man made Ruby, does show facet wear under magnification, but to the eye this is not noticeable. No thinning to shank, RODD and 9ct stamp crisp and clear. Lovely comfortable early Australian piece.
