Timeless elegance in the guise of this vintage 18ct yellow gold and diamond ring by well known Australian jewellery firm ’RODD’.

Designed as a four stone half hoop with round brilliant-cut diamonds each set in 18ct white gold hexagonal individual settings, bead claw set, to delicately engraved inverted tapered shoulders (white gold) to a half round yellow gold shank.

Dating to around the late 1940’s to very early 1950’s by RODD who was the leading jewellery manufacturer in Australia.  He used the trade mark ‘APEX’ for their jewellery from 1920 until 1948 when at this time the company became a limited company.

This lovely ring could become a ‘new/old’ eternity ring, stacking ring, or simply add this bright and beautiful diamond ring to your Australian jewellery collection!
