Vintage Art Deco Era 9ct Rose Gold Blue Zircon And White Sapphire Daisy Ring

A stunning example of an early 20th century low rise daisy halo ring dating to around the Art Deco era circa 1930’s.
Crafted from 9ct rose gold and centred with a scintillating blue Zircon (do not confuse with a Zirconia!).
Zircons are ‘doubly refractive’ which means that when a ray of light enters the stone, not only does the light change direction but it also splits into two rays of light that travel through the gem at 90° to each other resulting in a fire and sparkle very close to the brilliance seen in diamonds!
Surrounding the Zircon are twelve beautiful white Sapphires which capture the light and compliment the glorious hue of the Zircon perfectly.
All of the above is set to an equally beautiful ornate basket gallery to tapered upswept shoulders and a solid half round shank.
Perfectly proportioned, stunningly designed, this low rise beauty is breathtakingly pretty and in stunning condition.

Very good to excellent vintage condition. Zircon is lovely, no chips, abrasions or facet junction wear, claws are original and secure. No chips or damage to Sapphires, well set and secure. No thinning to shank. A very pretty ring!
