Immaculate in condition and manufacture this outstandingly pretty half hoop five stone Ceylon Moonstone ring is a dream to wear!
Crafted in London in 1970 (52 years old) from 9ct yellow gold and hallmarked fully with UK hallmarks.
At first glance, and touch, this beautifully made ring could be mistaken for an antique… the quality is as good if not perhaps even better.
Modelled as a graduated half-hoop and set with five glorious clear oval Moonstones cabochons which are each very securely claw set, to the then superb pierced carved ornate gallery and shoulders to a nice thick half round shank.
Each Moonstone is clear, luminous, showing absolutely no wear nor dulling to their surfaces and display a typical and mystical Schiller / adularescence which is stunning.
With a commanding presence on the finger she measures a full 2.0cm spread east to west, this one cannot be missed.
Pretty, or should we say stunning, from ever angle this is a collectors dream!
