Vintage 9ct Rose Gold Solid Crystal Boulder Opal Ring Circa 1940’s
Stunningly pretty Opal ring dating to around the 1940’s perhaps even a little earlier, Australian in manufacture, and set with a solid Australian crystal boulder Opal (probably from Winton Queensland).
Crafted in rich hued 9ct rose gold and centred with this absolutely gorgeous Opal which exhibits a vivid play of colour of blues, greens and hints of lilac agains a background of a pinky hue.
Six triple grooved claws hold her very securely in place to shoulders with a ribbon type motif and hatched pattern to a slim half round shank.
Very pleasing to the eye this ring is not only beautiful but quite low rise to the finger and very flattering to the hand!
