Vintage 9ct Rose Gold Natural Zircon Ring Circa 1940-50’s

A sweet and unusual ring that almost defies description.. however we will try!
The focal point of this ring is the gem, a natural Zircon (not to ever be confused with man made Zirconias!), which had been cut as an almost free form hexagon-cut, six sided and faceted beautifully. A colour that does defy description, not quite a Citrine or Smoky quartz hue, but a pale golden warm tone perhaps more a pale Champagne diamond hue? Regardless it is enchanting and the top crown facets and stunning!
Four claw set in an asymmetrical configuration, to a solid gallery with a rope twist border, to daisy elegant leaf motifs as shoulders, and a half round shank.
A ring for those with slender fingers (size L), and definitely for those who appreciate a ring that not only no one else will be wearing, but those who adore unusual and unique gemstones!
