Firstly we must mention that the Valuation accompanying this superb pendant is 17 years old.. conservatively in todays prices this would be at least triple the value, if not more.
A magnificent in quality, manufacture and not least choice of gemstones, this large and strikingly beautiful pendant is crafted from 9ct yellow gold and showcases one of the finest Amethyst’s we’ve had the pleasure of offering. It weighs an exemplary 17.26ct (20.2mm x 16.3mm), and is a stunning deeply saturated purple with flames of rose pink seen in the most desirable Amethysts. In pristine condition with absolutely no facet wear, this wonderful gem is simply immaculate.
Securely held in three double claws to double bezel mount, crafted from 9ct gold for strength and longevity given the size and weigh of this gemstone, and topped with a pear shaped open worked bale set with a round brilliant-cut 0.19ct diamond of excellent colour - G - and equally excellent clarity - VS - befitting the superior quality of the Amethyst below.
The open style bale allows a sizeable chain or perhaps an Omega chain to suspend this one to which ever length you desire.
Magnificent and breathtaking when worn, this piece is for the lovers of ultra fine jewellery!

Excellent preowned condition, this item presents in almost new condition. The Amethyst is superb, no facet wear, abrasions or chips, very securely double claw set.
