Antique Victorian Gold Cased Miniature Sardonyx Fob Wax Seal Circa 1880
Gold cased throughout with an intaglio floral emblem Sardonyx oval seal to the base, floral border to the frame and sinuous curved arms leading to the bale.
Dating to around the mid to late Victorian era this sweet little antique seal, given her size, is quite a versatile addition to ones jewellery collection.

CONDITION
Good antique condition. Some losses to gold casing bur overall presents as bright and gold in colour, seen under securing only. Sardonyx is lovely, no chips, sweet ornate intaglio retaining some of her original wax .. we have left this but of course it can be cleaned off if desired. Top jump ring possibly not original but matches well and is secure.
