Pretty as a picture this all original antique ring is hallmarked for manufacture by Payton, Pepper and Sons Ltd - Birmingham - and date letter stamped for 1898.

Crafted from 18ct yellow gold and set with a total of six lustrous white half Pearls, well matched, all original with no re-glues or replacements, and almost definitely natural pearls given the 125 year age.

Delicately interspersing the Pearls are six tiny Emeralds twinkling perfectly in contrast with the crisp white of the pearls and rich 18ct yellow gold.

The carved scrolled under gallery and shoulders are superb, typical of the craftsmanship during Victorian times, and flowing to a comfortable half round shank.

Rings like this spark for them selves.. feminine and classic Victorian, what’s not to love!
