Elegant, subtle, simplistic, this antique Edwardian/Art Deco era Moonstone ring is delightful.

Crafted from 9ct soft hued rose gold and featuring a natural very clear transparent (the best kind) Moonstone measuring 1.4cm x 0.8cm or approximately 3.2cts.

The shoulders are bifurcated and adorned with a simple floral rosette, just enough embellishment to compliment and not to detract from the star of the show.

Clear as a moonlit pond of icy clear water this Moonstone exhibits a beautiful luminous and icy blue adularescence or Schiller effect.

The effect of Adularescence, also commonly referred to as schiller, is best described as a milky, bluish lustre or glow originating from below the surface of the gemstone.
