Sweet and feminine antique 18ct gold ring dating to the early Victorian era and set with an array of multi coloured little half seed Pearls.

The twelve Pearls are different hues including cream, pearly pink, blue, purple and even one with ‘black’ overtones.
Set in cut down collet settings seem typically around the Georgian era however we believe this one is perhaps a little later circa early to mid Victorian.

Crafted in bright 18ct yellow gold throughout, closed setting to the back, with all the original Pearls which show concentric rings which is a natural growth characteristic, and we find them charming!

The subtle variations in the colour of the Pearls is highlighted beautifully by the richness of the bright 18ct gold and the dainty refined engraving to the shoulders

CONDITION
Very very good antique condition.  All Pearls in good condition, natural growth characteristics seen to most.  All original, no replacements or re-glues.  Band is still solid with only ever so slight ‘slimming’ to the verso, good for many decades to come.  Previous re-size seen to inside of the band, noting for accuracy.  Very pretty ring.
