Antique Australian 9ct Rose Gold Lightning Ridge Dark Crystal Opal Stick Pin Circa 1900-1910
Releasing this one from our personal collection as we have had the great pleasure of owning and enjoying this stunning pin for long enough, its now time to pass that pleasure onto another.
Australian in manufacture and dating to around the first decade of the 20th century, this wonderful stick pin is crafted from 9ct rose gold and is designed as simple elegant pin centred with an oval Lightning Ridge dark crystal Opal which exhibits a luminous combination of predominately luminous blue/purple/mauve hues with flashes of vibrant green.
Mesmerisingly pretty in any light, one doesn’t need the sun to see the brilliant colours in this piece.

Very good to excellent antique condition. No chips, abrasions or crazing to Opal. All claws original, secure and in very good condition. Opal is very bright with luminous rolling play of colour. Pin is straight. No repairs.
