Superb and fine example of an Edwardian bangle from one of our early and well known jewellery firms, Willis And Sons.

Crafted beautifully from 9ct rose gold and featuring three faceted oval Garnet doublets of the most vibrant and rich hued red, in graduated style, interspersed with two vertically set rows of three tiny seed Pearls.

The panel containing the Garnet doublets and Pearls is solid, highly polished and sightly curved in style. This panel leads to trifurcated open bar shoulders and then slims down to a two bar oval bangle with push down box clasp and original safety chain.

Bangles from Willis And Sons are hard to find at the best of times let alone such a fine one in such excellent antique condition.

A true collectors item however this 120 year old bangle is still as wearable today as it was in Australia in the Edwardian era.

Very good to excellent antique condition. No chips to Garnet doublets and all Pearls are original. No dents or dings to front panel or bangle section. Clasp functions perfectly and securely. Safety chain is original. Lovely and rare bangle by one of our fines jewellery makers.
