Antique Art Deco Half Hoop Diamond Platinum Eternity Ring Circa 1920-30
Crafted from Platinum and set with nine small sparkling diamonds, bead claw set, to the top half of the ring. To the second (lower) half we find an ‘illusion’ pattern resembling diamonds even with tiny faux claws! A clever design giving the appearance of a full hoop but with the strength of Platinum to the lower side for longevity.
A ‘noble’ metal Platinum is strong and will never need rhodium plating.. our favourite precious metal!

Very good to excellent antique condition. Diamonds are bright, white and lively, well set and secure. Evidence of an excellent early resize, noting for accuracy only. Faint pattern to edges of ring, slight fading. No issues to note. Very pretty and wearable Deco ring.
