Lovely antique Muff or as sometimes also called Long chain dating to the late Victorian to early Edwardian era.

A jewellery wardrobe staple these chains are becoming increasingly popular and this one being long at 134cm and 18 grams in weight, superbly crafted and strong and durable which lends itself to holding many a favourite pendant but not too weighty to be uncomfortable.

Crafted from 9ct yellow gold and retains its original applied gold lozenge with the ye olde 9ct gold stamp.

The links are small, close knit and ever so slightly oval in shape and she is securely fastened with a small spring bolt clasp which may or may not be original to the chain but suits it perfectly and can hold a pendant as seen in the photos.

Style this one in a variety of ways and even wrapped three times around the neck for a triple short look!
