Vintage Italian 14ct Rose Gold ‘Fleur-Die-Lis’ Ring
Please note, boxes are for display only unless otherwise stated.
A fun piece dating to around the 1970-80’s with an exceptional finger presence, and we can attest very comfortable to wear!
Crafted from 14ct rose gold, a very soft and subtle hue or rose, and styled as a three dimensional ‘fleur-de-lis’ motif which is a heraldic charge in the stylised shape of a lily - in French ‘flour’ means flower, and ‘lis’ means flower.
The flour, or lily has been gently rhodium plated which contrasts against the 14ct rose gold and textured background wonderfully.
A light ring, (we believe hollow), but not too light, which makes it so very comfortable on the finger while still commanding a substantial finger presence of over 2cm by 2.4cm!
A lot of bang for the buck, finely crafted in Italy.. and very symbolic, this ring draws compliments whenever it is seen.
