Antique Edwardian 9ct Yellow Gold Amethyst And Seed Pearl Pendant Circa 1910

Crafted in bright 9 carat yellow gold, the pendant features beautifully scrolled openwork that frames a striking oval-cut multi-claw set Amethyst at its centre, and suspended below, an articulated pear-cut Amethyst dangles gracefully, catching the light with every movement.
Both Amethysts are a deep, vivid purple — some of the most richly saturated Amethysts we’ve seen in a piece from this era, with that wonderful glowing intensity that makes them truly special.
The pendant drops from its original Pearl-set bail, and the whole piece remains in excellent condition for its age, presenting in almost un-worn condition.
Ultra-feminine, romantic, and in pristine condition this pendant is perfect for wearing every day or for those special occasions when you want a touch of vintage elegance close to your heart.

Excellent antique condition. There are no chips or abrasions to either Amethyst, both multi claw set and very secure. Half seed Pearls are all original, no nacre loss, no re-glues.
