This enchanting antique Victorian bracelet, dating to around 1890, is a beautiful example of sentiment and craftsmanship from the late 19th century.

It features six striking tubular faceted banded Agate segments, each capped in Sterling silver, their natural layers of rich caramel, cream, and deep chocolate tones creating a captivating rhythm of colour and texture.

The bracelet fastens with a wonderfully detailed heart-shaped padlock clasp, also in Sterling silver and set with a carved heart-cut banded Agate.

To the reverse lies a large locket compartment, still holding its original woven hair memento — a touching reminder of the Victorian tradition of keeping loved ones close. This could easily be replaced with a small photograph or keepsake of your own, making it as personal today as it was over a century ago.

In the Victorian era, banded Agate was cherished for its believed protective and grounding qualities, symbolising strength and stability. The heart-shaped padlock, meanwhile, spoke of love, loyalty, and devotion — a romantic emblem of a bond that could not be broken. Together, they make this bracelet not only a piece of fine jewellery but also a deeply meaningful token of affection.

Strong, secure, and in excellent condition for its age, this bracelet is ready to wear and enjoy — whether as a standalone statement or layered as part of your favourite #WristStackOfTheDay. A timeless treasure that beautifully bridges sentiment and style.
