Antique Australian 18ct Yellow Gold Four Diamond Ring - Circa 1910-15

Crafted from 18 carat yellow gold and is hallmarked “18CT” and “PLAT,” indicating the platinum-topped settings. It also carries a maker’s mark believed to read ‘MUNCK’, unidentifiable at this stage.

Designed as a classic four-stone diamond ring, it features a perfectly balanced arrangement of brilliant diamonds across the finger. The two central diamonds measure approximately 0.18 carat each, flanked by two outer diamonds of approximately 0.08 carat each, bringing the total diamond weight to just over half a carat (approximately 0.52 carat). Each stone is securely held in refined six-claw platinum settings, allowing the diamonds to capture and reflect light beautifully while also providing exceptional durability.
What makes this ring especially appealing is its timeless design, it sits beautifully on the finger and pairs wonderfully with a classic wedding band or a diamond eternity ring.
