Ethereal Antique Edwardian 9ct Rose Gold And Moonstone Necklace Circa 1915

As pretty as a picture this antique Moonstone necklace evokes an ethereal quality and luminosity which looks simply divine on the neck.
Crafted during the Edwardian era from 9ct rose gold, and set with three large oval Ceylon type Moonstones which are as clear as a bell with a rolling type Schiller or ‘blue glow’ rolling across each surface.
Each Moonstone is securely four wrap over claw set to an open back, and divided by curved bars, to the original 9ct fold trace chain and accompanying original push in barrel clasp.
Measuring a pleasing 40.5cm, designed to gracefully skim the area above the collar bones, this antique necklace is in excellent condition with no issues.. almost in the condition when first crafted over 100 years ago.
A perfect addition for any antique jewellery collector or lover of quality Moonstones!

CONDITION
Excellent antique condition. Moonstones are lovely, no dulling, chips or abrasions. All are well set in their original strong claws. Chain shows no signs of thinning between any links. Original tube push-in clasp is in excellent condition and works/secures perfectly. Moonstones are Ceylon type, very clear with no obvious inclusions. No repairs or damages. No issues to note.
