For all the romantics, Cherub enthusiasts and Victorian jewellery lovers alike, this amazing piece of jewellery is one we’ve not see before and sure to delight!

Dating to around the late Victorian era Circa 1880-1890, this highly unusual pendant is crafted from 15ct rose gold and centred with a large oval Onyx plaque which showcases the most adorable winged Cherub carved in 15ct gold in high relief.

The verso is closed backed in 15ct rose gold and is free from any dents or dings, quite incredible for its age.

Atop is an equally lovely inverted V shaped bale, in 15ct gold also, which features black enamel detail, which is also in wonderful condition.

A highly unusual and rare Victorian find, a must for the avid collector!

CONDITION
Very good to excellent condition.  There are no chips or issues with the large oval Onyx plaque, shiny, smooth and lustrous.  No issues to the darling cherub, high relief and a lovely hue.  The verso shows no dents or dings, minor marks only, insignificant.  The top bale is in black enamel, which is in very good condition with no losses and only very minuscule marks seen under loupe magnification.  Absolutely adorable!
