An impressive and superbly manufactured piece dating to the Art Deco era circa 1920’s.
Designed as a large 5.0cm x 2.2cm brooch, crafted from 18ct gold and Platinum, and set with an array of old European-cut and rose-cut diamonds with a total estimated 1.13ct of scintillating diamonds of excellent colour and clarity.
Millgraine edged settings and pierced openwork styling typical of the era are stunningly executed, this is a piece of Art Deco jewellery of excellent manufacture.
To the verso the original pin and very secure roll-over C clasp keep this beauty secure when worn.
Of note is the versatility of this brooch.. as seen in our photos this piece effortlessly transforms into a pendant with worn to a slim chain, or especially well suited to slip onto an Omega collar ( the one seen in our photos is available on our website ), and sits beautifully, and securely when worn this way!
